COVID-19 LATEST – WE ARE NOW OPEN AS USUAL
We are pleased to announce your local showroom for kitchens, bathroom and tiles is now open as usual. Our aim is to make your visit safe, informative and within government guidelines for visiting commercial premises. Our showroom is large, spacious and well laid out for you to walk around, view the displays and get expert advice from our team. However, we have taken the following measures for your safety, our safety and to keep control of the showroom.
No appointments are necessary, please call in at your convenience during our opening hours. Our team will be happy to show you around the display features you are looking for and go over design, function and benefits of the displays.
Our premises are cleaned with access points, touch surfaces and any areas where the virus can live on are sanitised. Our team will ensure you are free to move around the showroom and able to examine the displays.
As much as we enjoy giving a warm friendly greeting to our visitors and customers, we are mindful that some people are still vulnerable, so we don’t encourage handshakes. This way we can be friendly without making anyone uncomfortable or breaching current guidelines.
You are free to roam the showroom and displays, we just ask that you are mindful of others and respect distances and the space that others are in. If you want a guided tour, please ask a member of staff and we will be pleased to talk you through the displays.
Sanitation points will be around the store, you are welcome and encouraged to use them as often as possible. Male/female toilets with hand wash facilities are also available for you to use. Transactions in store are often above the contactless card threshold, but the card machine is cleaned after use and you are also encourage to use other forms of on-line banking to facilitate transactions.
We will update our social media page and website as and when guidance changes from the government relating to shops, showrooms and stores.
